Burger Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup homemade mayo
  • ¼ cup yellow onion finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup preferably unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (This keeps for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.)
