3tablespoonsfreshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
8dashes hot pepper sauce
½ cupred onion (1 small onion)small-diced
1large garlic cloveminced
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1medium tomatoseeded and small-diced
Fresh veggiesfor serving
Multigrain chipsfor serving
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomato. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper. Serve with fresh veggies and multigrain chips.
