Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼  cup plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼  cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼  cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼  teaspoon sea salt omit if nut butter is salted
  • 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all your ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
