extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil

yellow onion
diced

garlic clove

Freshly ground black pepper
to taste

fresh cilantro
chopped

fresh lime juice

lime zest
or to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onions and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add fresh cauliflower rice and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until warmed.
Add salt, pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest.
Serve immediately.
