Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces premade fresh cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ cup yellow onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onions and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • Add fresh cauliflower rice and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until warmed.
  • Add salt, pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest.
  • Serve immediately.
