I’m Daria, a registered dietitian nutritionist and women’s health advocate, dedicated to empowering you with personalized, science-backed guidance to confidently navigate the challenges of perimenopause and menopause, optimize your health, and build sustainable habits for a vibrant, healthier future. My Journey, My Purpose
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and woman in midlife, I educate and empower women to navigate the complex and often frustrating challenges of perimenopause and menopause—from managing hot flashes and weight gain to improving metabolic health through GLP-1 optimization.
I provide a compassionate and evidence-based approach to guide women like you in overcoming these challenges. Together, we create a personalized holistic wellness plan designed to address all aspects of your well-being, including diet, movement, sleep, stress, and mindset, ensuring a balanced approach to vibrant health.
My counseling and education focuses on sustainable changes—not quick fixes—liberating you from fad diets and confusion while empowering you to prioritize your health and advocate for yourself. With two decades of experience in medical nutrition therapy, I have helped hundreds of clients reclaim vitality and live longer, healthier lives.
My personal journey with perimenopausal symptoms (and my longtime passion for health, nutrition, science, and helping others) deepened my purpose for helping midlife women thrive during this pivotal stage of life.
Experiencing firsthand the challenges of fatigue, brain fog, joint and muscle pain, and mood swings, I understand what it’s like to feel like a stranger in your own body. On top of that, accessing high-quality healthcare can be an uphill battle—as women are frequently gaslighted about our physical and mental health, leaving us unheard and frustrated.
Beyond the physical symptoms, many of us are juggling demanding careers, shifting family dynamics, and concerns about aging… all while feeling bombarded by conflicting wellness advice.
This is why I dedicate my practice to providing women like you with the tools, guidance, and support to regain control, feel empowered, and confidently self-advocate for your health and well-being.

More About Daria
I started my private practice, Daria Ventura Nutrition, in Larchmont, New York and now serve clients nationwide. Prior to founding my practice, I worked for renowned celebrity nutritionist and founder of Nutritious Life, Keri Glassman. I also worked at The Gym (now Equinox), Mohawk Day Camp and Country Day School, and Scarsdale Medical Group.
I earned my Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, where I was a member of the Kappa Omicron Nu Honor Society, and completed my dietetic internship at New York–Presbyterian Hospital. In addition to my formal education, I am a Nutritious Life Master Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach and hold a Certificate of Training in Weight Management for Adults and Children through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Additionally, I am an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietetic Practice Group.
