large sweet potatoes (1½-2 pounds)
peeled (if desired) and cubed

tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil

teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
smoked paprika
½
teaspoon
garlic powder

paprika
¼
teaspoon
chili powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400
o
F.
Scrub, peel, and cube the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Combine olive oil with salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder.
Toss the potatoes with oil-spice mixture.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until tender and crispy.
