Simple Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a small mason jar. Put on the lid and shake vigorously until well-blended.
  • Store the dressing in the refrigerator – the oil will harden when cold so be sure to let it sit out a bit each time before using.
