Ingredients

extra-virgin olive oil

white wine vinegar

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
sea salt

garlic clove

Pinch
of paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a small mason jar. Put on the lid and shake vigorously until well-blended.
Store the dressing in the refrigerator – the oil will harden when cold so be sure to let it sit out a bit each time before using.
