Making your own homemade salad dressing is super easy to do and this mustard vinaigrette is no exception! Not only do you avoid unwanted additives (including refined sweetener), but the taste easily beats the store-bought stuff. You’ll never go back to bottled dressing again.
Simple Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Pinch of paprika
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small mason jar. Put on the lid and shake vigorously until well-blended.
- Store the dressing in the refrigerator – the oil will harden when cold so be sure to let it sit out a bit each time before using.
