  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin or homemade pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: seeds, nuts, or nut butter
