Ingredients
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
Optional Toppings
- Nut butter like almond butter, peanut butter
- Crushed nuts or seeds like walnuts, almonds, pecans, pepitas, basil seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds

Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese and honey in a food processor or small blender. Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed to blend evenly.
