Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder depending on brand
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach or kale
  • 1 handful cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until they reach the desired consistency.
  • Add a little water if thinner consistency is desired.
