Your go-to dip for any occasion! It’s a high-protein, flavor-packed herby cottage cheese dip, perfect for snacking and for entertaining. Made in minutes with your blender and great for serving with raw veggies and/or whole grain crackers.
Whipped Herby Cottage Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 16 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
- Zest and juice from 1 large lemon
- 1 small garlic clove
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup mixed fresh herbs chopped (such as basil, chives, cilantro, mint and/or parsley, plus more for garnish)
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Raw veggies for serving
- Whole grain crackers for serving
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil until smooth. Stir in the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper, to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil. Garnish with a few herbs.
- Serve with raw veggies and/or whole grain crackers.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
