Your go-to dip for any occasion! It’s a high-protein, flavor-packed herby cottage cheese dip, perfect for snacking and for entertaining. Made in minutes with your blender and great for serving with raw veggies and/or whole grain crackers.

Whipped Herby Cottage Cheese Dip

Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
  • Zest and juice from 1 large lemon
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed fresh herbs chopped (such as basil, chives, cilantro, mint and/or parsley, plus more for garnish)
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Raw veggies for serving
  • Whole grain crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • Blend the cottage cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil until smooth. Stir in the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper, to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil. Garnish with a few herbs.
  • Serve with raw veggies and/or whole grain crackers.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
