Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 Medjool date pitted
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder depending on brand
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach or kale
- 1 handful cilantro optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until they reach the desired consistency.
- Add a little water if thinner consistency is desired.
